Eagle Butte High School is please to showcase the “Celebrating the Journey” art exhibition which features the detailed and whimsical prints of Carole Bondaroff. These prints are based on travel and performance and showcase different provinces, seasons, concerts, operas, dances, etc. The prints in this exhibit were created by the process of intaglio – a technique where the image is incised into the surface of a plate and the incised line holds the ink that will create the print. This exhibit will be on display in the Learning Commons until April 3 so head on in and take a look. TREX

Since 1980, the Alberta Foundation for the Arts (AFA) has supported a provincial Travelling Exhibition (TREX) program. The TREX program strives to ensure every Albertan is provided with an opportunity to enjoy fully developed exhibitions in schools, libraries, health care centres and smaller rural institutions and galleries throughout the province. The TREX program assists in making both the AFA’s extensive art collection and the work of contemporary Alberta artists available to all Albertans. TREX
